She tells you the neighborhood reviews, the monthly payment down to the penny of all the houses you are interested in, searches the house for any defects and brings them to your attention, suggests items to add or take way from your offer in hopes in getting acceptance, and is the best agent to manage the other agent, escrow, the lender, etc. We were ready to close in less then 30 days and waiting on the seller!
