I can't tell you how wonderful a Realtor Shannon is. She did an absolutely terrific job in selling my house. It was not an easy sale, . House needed upgrades. The hardest part of this sale is because of the two parties involved, me included. She went beyond anything in marketing, prepping the house for sale. Had many viewing during this pandemic. Shannon was extraordinary in doing so much to help sell it. She did Sell it. Shannon kept everyone informed. And advised the things that had to be done. She herself helped. I have never ever seen a realtor do as much as Shannon did. She coordinated getting inspections done. Took care of things inside. Even arranged smoke alarms getting installed on her time. And its comical now the things that happened. Shannon was the angel in this sale. I early on studied to be a RE agent. Didn't like it because the ones I met then were phony. Shannon is as genuine a person and sincerely honest as anyone would meet. I did do things to help sell the house and done with Shannon's advice. Simple things from cleanup areas. My house was not an easy sell. And in just a few weeks, had people looking to buy it. I said a lot but not nearly enough to say how polite, professional and absolutely the best, hardest working, most professional RE agent I have ever met. I wish we were neighbors. A Genuine person
