I was searching for a Realtor in the local area to sell our home and found Shannon Chudzicki. We had already interviewed a few other Realtors and decided to interview her. I was impressed with her knowledge and people skills. I knew during the interview that we had found the right person. We gave her the listing and she laid it all out for us so we knew what to expect. We were kept updated during the overall process. Selling or buying a home can be stressful and a good Realtor can make a difference learning from our past experience. The overall process went very smoothly considering the ramp up of the COVID-19 outbreak. I really appreciate all the other extra things that Shannon did for us.
