I highly highly recommend Mrs. Chudzicki without any hesitation. She is such an amazing person. She's knowledgeable and experienced and new what we were looking for in a house. This was our 2nd time in purchasing a home but as we compared the difference between realtors, by far she has been on top since the first day we met her. We had other realtors that wouldn't take the time to show us property, we had to see them on our own. Not Mrs. Shannon, she reported to us almost on a daily with open houses and listings. She was able to get my family in a home that we were close to not getting but some how she managed. Once we were approved to purchase the home she gave us step by step information and updates. Never kept us uninformed. She referred us to her friends for Escrow, Inspectors, etc. And they were all very nice and informative. A huge big Thanks to Mrs. Shannon she was able to get us a home that we love so much.
