Shannon Chudzicki was awesome and instrumental in the selling of our house. She chose the correct price range and knew which buyers were shoppers and which were serious. Shannon was available anytime we had a question or thought that we had a problem. There were however no problems due to her knowledge of the real estate market in our area. She also gave us advice on our new house purchase in another state. I would definitely use Shannon again wether buying or selling. She started out as a business acquaintance and ended up being a family friend.
