Shannon is amazing! Being newly on my own, this was a first time home buyer experience for me and she made sure all of my questions were answered. Shannon is very knowledgeable, and was patient, professional, and honest throughout the whole process. She's not the pushy realtor that will try to get you into something you're not completely in to, just to make a commission. She's truly caring and would state her honest opinion (from a home buyers perspective) about the pros and cons of homes. Her communication is FANTASTIC. She is quick to respond, and kept me informed about what was going on every step of the way. There was never a point during the sale when I wondered what was going on. While Shannon did an awesome job during the process of my home purchase, she was equally attentive AFTER the sale was complete. She continued to answer questions I had and even helped me with issues that arose through my home warranty. I am so happy, and could not have asked for a better realtor by my side to help me find my forever home.
